When you want everything taken care of from the initial planning stages to on the day co ordination. Relax and let me take care of it. Ideal for busy lifestyles
Whats included:
- Venue Sourcing - search, suggest, book wedding venues
- Supplier Sourcing: photographer, videographer, cake, caterer, florist, transport, wedding attire, hair and make-up, stationery, entertainment, lighting and decor
- Creating floor-plans, dreamboards and helping with the styling of the wedding
- Budget control / arranging payment of invoices etc
- Attending consultations with suppliers if required
- Developing a bespoke timeline for your day to distribute to all suppliers
- Setting up and decorating your venue
- Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support
- RSVP Management
- Co ordinate suppliers, prior to the wedding discussing timings, location and parking
- Co ordination of your wedding day from supplier arrival and guest welcome to your first dance
GOLD PACKAGE
Partial planning. Ideal for couples who have already made some arrangements but want to ensure everything is brought together on the day
Whats included:
- Full consultation and planning stage update
- Additional Services/Supplier Sourcing
- Attending consultations with suppliers if required
-Communicating with suppliers to co ordinate arranegments and become the point of contact for the final planning stages
- Developing a bespoke timeline of your day to distribute to all suppliers
- Setting up and decorating your venue
- Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support
- Co ordinate suppliers prior to the wedding discussing timings, location and parking
- Co ordination of your wedding day from supplier and guests arrival to the first dance
SILVER PACKAGE
With you from the initial planning stages and throughout. Ideal if you want the planning to be taken care of but are happy to take care of the "on the day events" yourself

When you already have everything planned and just need someone to co-ordinate the smooth running of the day so you can enjoy it
Whats included:
- Arrange meeting approximately 6 weeks before your wedding day to finalise the details
- Create a timeline of the day
- Contacting all of your pre arranged suppliers to consult and confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Attend the venue early on the day of the wedding to greet suppliers and direct them according to your agreed timeline
- Be the point of contact in the final stages and throughout the day for you, your guests, the venue and suppliers
- Manage the timeline on the day
- Co ordination of your wedding day from supplier and guests arrival to the first dance

All quotes are individually created and your package will be bespoke to you.
Prices may differ dependant on: the day of the week, the month of the year you choose to marry, the Number of guests and the location of the ceremony
There is no "One size fits All" so we will work together to discuss exactly what you require
