ABOUT ME:
At Sentiments in Silk I have been creating artificial silk flower arrangements, for every occasion, since 2019.
Expertly creating handmade & bespoke Wedding flowers, Funeral tributes & Memorials, special Gifts, and floral displays for the Home, business or Office
THE PRODUCTS:
Artificial Flowers add a touch of colour and beauty without the costly price tag
I offer a personal service to suit your individual requirements and support you through times of joy and remembrance
Each item is handmade & bespoke. I do not bulk manufacture so each piece is unique
With colours and styles to suit your needs.
All flowers are weather resistant but I cannot guarantee the effect exposure to weather may have.

PERSONALISATION:
With many items you can add a personal touch, with a name or short message, attached to a sash ribbon or message card
Don't worry if you can't find the words to say, I can add something suitable for you. I may also be able to add a poem, picture or logo to some items, so just ask.
I provide a free blank message card for you to write a personal message or, if you like, I can print and laminate one for you.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
When ordering your goods please confirm your colour preferences and the name or personal message required for the free sash ribbon etc
(Remember to check your spelling as mistakes cannot be rectified once created)
If you have a specific base colour request let me know otherwise we will use the default colours of white or ivory
(If you choose for your flowers to be sprayed to create your colour choice please note there may be some colour gaps due to movement of flowers)
Base colour = Main body colour. Spray = flower cluster usually in corners or centre. Ribbon = edging ribbon and name sash.
As all items are handmade to your requirements, I cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or simply don't like the finished product so please be as specific as possible when ordering
For products designed to represent a specific item, (eg: football shirt, vehicles, sporting goods, food stuff) please note these are intended as a representation ONLY and not a replica of the real thing
Please contact me when placing a large or urgent order to ensure I can deliver in time. Some parts have to be ordered in as I don't have the space to hold all materials in stock
The images shown on our website are a representation of my work ONLY and NOT the item you will recieve.
They may differ slightly in colour, quantity, style and materials from the listing image.
An exact copy may not be possible due to being indivdually created using materials available at the time of order
We can provide product dimensions on request and if you would like a different size that’s not problem - just ask
DELIVERY:
It normally takes approx 1-2 days to process your order ready for dispatch and I use 48 hour courier as standard to deliver your goods.
Please let me know if you have a specific date required to ensure I can dispatch your order in time.
(Please allow for normal postal delays in peak times, bank holidays or circumstances beyond my control.
I cannot be held responsible for postal delays once your order is dispatched so a refund will not be given)
Delivery is a fixed low price for MAINLAND UK addresses.
All other destinations, including some parts of Scotland and Ireland, NI, IOM, IOW and INTERNATIONAL destinations may incur additional charges.
Please check BEFORE placing your order as we cannot disspatch until any extra payment is made
RETURNS:
I do not accept returns for bespoke items.
I will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase by mutual agreement and with a VALID reason, not specified above, and ONLY if returned in the same condition and content they were dispatched in.
Any items damaged in transit will need to be claimed for from the courier company as this is out of my control.
I take photographs of all of the finished products and these will be used for future marketing promotions on social media and website
